7 on 7.
so, get this. this could officially be our last 7 on 7. it's quite possible that
our next one will be 9 kids on the 9! whoa + awesome.
this was just after we welcomed our friend, pete, home from his journey to Hope.
he rode his bicycle 1600 miles in 24 days to Hope, Arkansas to raise money to
move his family to Uganda & the ministry that they are working with.
even without record high temperatures, i'm amazed at his vision & look forward
to continue watching their family's journey. if you'd like to follow along &/or get
your family involved [our kids loved hearing his updates] you can check out
this was also right before our neighborhood fireworks. it is so fun every year--everyone
pitches in money and it ends up being an awesome show. the families all gather before
to visit and the kids run, play & get their glow bracelets on. it was nico & jude's first
american independence day home & was really neat to explain it all & watch them
enjoy it.
we're enjoying a family weekend right now. matt's parents are here, my sister & family
are here & my parents are on their way. tomorrow, nico & chloe will publicly declare
their faith as they are baptized. so grateful for this weekend. off to sneak out for
a pedicure with my sister! happy weekending.

Oh this really makes me miss you, but I'm do happy you have been feeling great and getting such good family time in!
