since the day chloe & anika came & asked me to do this lemonade stand for

a family that is adopting, they have prayed for it every.single.night.

prayed that people would come and buy lemonade and brownies.

at one point in the evening, the customers slowed and my dear friend Liz said, 

"maybe we should pray for God to bring enough people to use all this lemonade."

before she could finish saying it, chloe had her hands folded and was praying outloud

for God to send people.

after tucking the 3 younger children in bed, matt & i sat as chloe and anika

got out the money to count it up.

anika happily exclaimed, "i sure do think God blessed us!"

i think so, too.

 from the 2 1/2 hours there and you sweet blog friends!!

then, they sat at my computer and intently listened as i read them 15 notes.

your notes.  your stories.  your families and where you have been called.

of the children that you love & are longing for.

they listened to every one.

and prayed.

then, they both said a name that they have continued to talk about individually....

so, we're going to match it out of our giving fund & send it to both families!
