instaFriday.

linking up with Life Rearranged's instaFriday with these little peeks into
life via instagram.  [i'm letlovegrow if you're there!]

'when i grow up, i'm going to help the orphans in Uganda and take care of them and also have horsies there because horsies make everyone happy.' -Anika, age 7

father's day 2012.  i suppose i should be the one cooking, but he doesn't seem to mind!
i'd like to point out that clayton looks like he got double what everyone else did because he had already inhaled his 2 kid scoop sugar cone, so he is holding mine just for the photo!

i love, love, love coming to investigate the quiet and finding a scene like this.
a friend brought all these cars and a couple big race tracks to us when the boys came home.  they get played with for hours upon hours.  and jude still calls them 'mo-tah-cahs' for motorcars--which is, you know, AWESOME.
almost didn't have a 30 week bump pic for this week's update so got this while i was cleaning up for a house showing tomorrow morning.  praying it's a family with kids & the mom gives me lots o' grace since the house isn't as thoroughly organized as i'd like it.  [we're not moving; they are looking to see if they want my husband to build for them!]
baby girls are growing!

  6. You are stunning.

I've never understood the buyer mentality that a house with people living in it must look perfect. People live there! This pressure to have a home look like no one lives in it means we will live in our house longer while we save enough money to buy first and sell after we move out. I can't handle keeping a 3 bedroom home "show ready" with 8 people living in it.

I hope your showing was a good one. Based on the pics you shared on IG it looked wonderful.
