on a jet plane.
here i sit waiting to board my flight on the first leg of my journey
back to our boys. we've been excited about this date for weeks & so grateful.
despite the fact that things have seemed to change with court,
i am still grateful to know that i'll be holding them again soon.
i do have to admit that i am so sad. i mean, i trust our journey...i do. but, leaving my
children on this side of the world and then having to leave our children on the other side
of the world is just plain hard. i did prepare & pack like this was the trip.
crazier things have happened in the world, right?
i can already see, smell and feel Ug*nda. i'm so close. just 2 plane rides away from the
country that i've grown to love with all of my heart. and i already feel the closeness with
my Savior as we walk in His will. it is quite something to be completely dependent on Him.
to need Him to show up in a really big way. in all honesty, we are desperate for a miracle--
that somehow this trip that should have been canceled due to the circumstances would
miraculously result in the 3 of us flying home together.
we will walk whatever path He has for us.
and until our boys are home, i will fight to be content exactly where He has me.
soon-to-be walking on the red dirt and loving on our boys again.

Praying for a safe trip!!!! Can wait for you family to be all together soon!
