smartest dress i've ever seen.

i had a beautiful birthday weekend.

it has been so fun getting the e-mails that someone else has donated

to the freshwater well project.  i'm going to leave it open until sunday in case you

haven't had a chance to give & would like to.

we only need about 85 more people to give $31

to fund a freshwater well for a whole community.

will you consider joining us?

i wouldn't normally link to posts about myself, but 2 of my best friends did the

most beautiful thing...took their gift with words and wrote about our water project.

beth gets my heart so much on this project [and in general] that i just sat with tears & more tears.

she also showed some of the family pictures that she took recently.  i love them.

[if you are anywhere local you should snatch her up for pictures!]

also, steph posted about her gift to me & has something for one of you.

she just brought my gloves over & i love them so much.

i love how giving & thoughtful her heart is;

that she knew the blue ones weren't mine & took all that 

time to create ones that match me perfectly.

and now is offering up the others one!

beautiful hearts my friends have.

i love them.

also, we had that meeting on friday. i will try to articulate the

hugeness of it sometime, but for now, i want to thank those of you

that prayed with us.  it honestly looked to the world that there would

be nothing positive to come out of it.  thankfully, we believe in someone

much greater and God provided.  there could not have been a better outcome.

i know that faith makes some people uncomfortable. 

i get it.

but, for me, i couldn't imagine doing the mundane or the extraordinary without it.

and things like this?

there is no denying the power of prayer.

the power of having someone for you.

someone that created the universe.

someone that cares for me more deeply than i could ever imagine.  

and you, too.
