clean up.
after adoption questions, the question i get the most from this blog
is how i keep my floors so clean.
there you have it.
actually, the babies usually aren't so helpful with this task,
but they're cute....so i'll allow it.
and while we're talking about questions i get, someone mentioned they
couldn't find my e-mail address. it is at the bottom of the "about" section up there.
and while we're still talking about questions i get, i'll admit that i'm quite behind on e-mails
that i want to respond to. i have them in a folder & i promise i'm trying.
i love that you share some of your life with me and especially when you're working through
your journey of adoption.
i am not an expert and i don't think i'm some big deal...at all,
but if God uses our family's story to help bring even one orphan home to their forever family,
it is all worth it.
my mom came & visited this weekend and it was so nice.
i hope our kids always feel about me the way i do about my mom:
happy to have her anytime, comforted, more myself than almost any other time.
nana with some of her babies.
sidenote: my mom just won a prize at her reunion for having the most grandchildren...
10 grandkids [under 8 years old] from her 3 kids!
[i LOVE it.]
happy monday, everyone! hope you had a great weekend, too!

Precious Nan pic! :) I LOVE it! Tabitha
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that B. is sweeping with her jewelry on. Like any good housewife would. :-)
ReplyDeleteSooo cute!
ReplyDeletei just LOVE the pic of the babies cleaning! so adorable! your floors are spotless...how do you keep them clean? we have hardwood floors too and a sheddy dog which makes it hard to keep them clean!
ReplyDeleteMy Mom was just here this weekend too to help us celebrate...so nice to have her around...I usually start the missing by the time she reaches the end of our drive.
ReplyDelete{your floors really ARE clean...I've noticed that ;)}

When we lived further away a visit from my mom was always welcome (not that it isn't now, we just see her lots and so I don't really think of it as visiting when I see her all the time, but I am still totally happy to see her)
