my [heart]
Thank you for your prayers and support while I was gone. And thank you for your patience while I tried to figure out how to document our journey right now. The truth is, I still don't really know. What we do know is that through many miraculous circumstances, God led this boy to us at the exact right time. My heart knows him....loves him. There are still processes to go through and paper work to clear, but God-willing, he will be our son. It is very strange, and slightly depressing, to have someone you love so much on another continent....but I continue to trust His plan for our family. Please pray for our boy to stay healthy and happy while he waits for his forever family to return. I hope to journal more of the process, but for now, please meet
Clayton Matthew...
(please do turn up your volume!)

I stumbled upon your blog: LOVE the video and soo happy for you!! We have three boys and have made the decision to adopt a little girl (or two) from Africa. I am wondering....I understand Uganda is difficult to adopt from because they have a requirement of 3-year residency. Can you help me? My email is cholo5@wescomm.com if you have time to write.
ReplyDeleteCongrats Again!
Thank you,
Kendra

The video is beautiful. Thank you for sharing it with us! Your son has a beautiful sparkle in his eye!
ReplyDeleteHe knows he is going to have a wonderful life with you as his mother.
I once spent 3 weeks in Romania with a friend who was adopting a little girl there, this was prior to international adoption laws. It was a hard long but one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Today she is almost 16 years old and still calls me Mama Shari! Then I myself went through 7 years of infertility treatments and while doing this we started the adoption process - We finaly gave birth to a beautiful girl - MJ and she is now 5 1/2. We put adoption on hold - but I think I will show the video to DH - maybe we should start thinking about it again.
thank you for sharing this with us!
Your video was proof that God still moves in the heart of His people. Our family will be praying that your adoption goes as quickly and easily as possible. Blessings! Destiny
ReplyDeleteHow precious it was to watch that...
